Rosa is the largest apartment and is located on the third level down. It has parking adjacent to it and is accessed from its main partially covered terrace that overlooks the mountains to the south.

The private entrance leads into a spacious main living room with an open fireplace, a television. This leads off into a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, with stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, etc.

The large master bedroom has a double bed, a single bed and a built-in wardrobe; bedroom 2 has two single beds and a standing wardrobe. There is one double sofabed and a single sofabed in the living room.

There are 2 bathrooms. One has a bath with shower and a bidet and the second has a shower with toilet.

The partially covered front terrace with eating area and barbeque has commanding southern views over Órgiva and the surrounding mountains. This is the ideal place to sunbathe during the day or eat out and relax in the evening and enjoy the colours cast by the setting sun.

Adjacent to the terrace is the large shared swimming pool area which has stunning views to the south and east.
