1. Jasmin	2 bedrooms, sleeps up to 6. Private swimming pool.	€550 - €600 (£478 - £521) per week.
2. Buganvilla	1 bedroom, sleeps up to 4. Shared swimming pool.	€400 - €480 (£348 - £417) per week.
3. Geranio	2 bedrooms, sleeps up to 6. Shared swimming pool.	€550 - €600 (£478 - £521) per week.
4. Rosa	3 Bedrooms, sleeps up to 8. Shared swimming pool.	€600 - €650 (£521 - £565) per week.
5. Camelia	2 bedrooms, sleeps up to 6. Shared swimming pool.	€500 - €550 (£435 - £478) per week.

There are two different weekly rates for high season and low season. Long term or daily rentals are also available, details of which can be obtained from the rental agents, Homes España. Stays during fiestas are charged at the peak rate.

There is a 20% non-refundable booking fee to be paid at time of booking, with the balance being due 14 days before arrival or in cash on arrival. There is also a €150 refundable breakages deposit. Additional days will be charged on a pro-rata basis. We have the facility to take payments by credit card; please ask the booking agent.

Meals are extra and will be priced according to the menu provided by your hosts.
