Air-conditioned, centrally heated, two-bedroom apartment with private terrace and shared swimming pool; sleeps up to 6.

Buganvilla (Bougainvillea) is on the second level down and is accessed by a beautiful patio area overlooking the mountains to the south.

There is a hallway with storage cupboard, off which there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The hall leads into the main living room, which has an open fireplace and television. There is a sitting area with a pull-out sofa bed to sleep an additional one or two people, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, with stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, etc.

There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. A second single bed can be provided upon request. Each bedroom has built-in wardrobes.

The bathroom has a bath with shower and a bidet.

There is a private terrace with eating area and barbeque, providing stunning views to the east towards La Alpujarra, the pueblo blanco of Carataunus and the Sierra Nevada Mountains. This is the ideal place to sunbathe during the day or eat out at the table and chairs and relax in the evening whilst watching the colours cast onto the mountains by the setting sun.

The large shared swimming pool can be accessed by stairs leading down from the terrace.
